costs we are able to accurately obtain feedback concerning proposed

Bank Draws
Monthly draws are needed to fund operations of projects and require
good relationships with local banks and knowledge of the construction
process and sub-contractor billing to stay consistent with the Finance
Structure established in the preliminary stages of the building
process.

Relationships
Bold Developments has developed and maintained multiple relationships
with qualified sub-contractors throughout Vail Valley. This relationship
consists of equally high-expectations of both the Project Manager
and Sub-Contractor, extensive communication of necessary permits,
planning, budgets, schedules and necessary inspections to warranty
the project stays on schedule.
