Nick Cardoso: Vice President of BOLD Developments

After graduating with a Finance degree with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Miami in 2004, Nick began working as the VP of Finance for United Homes International, a development company based out of Miami that closed between 300-400 single family and townhomes per year. Responsibilities included the oversight of hundreds of millions in land, development and construction loans, budgets, revenue projections and accounting job costs. During this time he also sat on the Board of the Miami-Dade Housing Finance Authority.

In 2005, as owner/developer of Riverside Townhomes, Nick completed and closed a 32 townhome unit project in Tamarac, Florida constructing over 70,400 square feet of residential floor area with a project cost of over $3.5M. After completing this project Nick passed the Florida Contractor’s Exam and earned his General Contractors License from the State of Florida.

Onie Bolduc: President of BOLD Developments

Onie, a lifetime resident of the Vail Valley, began his career in Development and Real Estate as a Supervisor and Project Manager for Resort Developments specializing in custom built and Luxury Speculative homes. From 2002-2004, Onie completed two custom homes located in the prestige private residential area of Arrowhead in Edwards, CO. As Project Manager and Supervisor, Onie organized and monitored over 35 sub-contractors in order to complete the 6,000 and 10,000 square feet homes.

In 2005, Onie continued is Development and Real Estate experience with Bolduc Realty Management and in 2008 bought the company and created Bold Real Estate Solutions.
