BOLD DEVELOPMENTS CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Nick Cardoso: Vice President BOLD Developments. After graduating with a Finance degree with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Miami in 2004, Nick began working as the VP of Finance for United Homes International, a development company based out of Miami that closed between 300-400 single family and townhomes per year. Responsibilities included the oversight of hundreds of millions in land, development and construction loans, budgets, revenue projections and accounting job costs. During this time he also sat on the Board of the Miami-Dade Housing Finance Authority.

It was in February of 2007 that he came to the Vail Valley and met with Onie Bolduc, President of BOLD REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS. With a shared vision and ambition to make a positive impact on the progression of the Vail Valley through the communities that comprise it they created BOLD DEVELOPMENTS. As Vice President of Bold Developments, Nick draws on his extensive organizational and managerial proficiencies to oversee all operations.

Onie Bolduc: President of BOLD Developments. Onie Bolduc, president of BOLD Real Estate Solutions LLC, is a lifetime Vail Valley resident with over 10 years experience in investor needs including project and association management. As a project manager for high-end homes in Arrowhead, Onie has the ability to obtain quality bids and review projects and products through the "eyes of a contractor." Onie is also an active real estate professional who focuses on retaining and increasing the value of a homeowner’s property within the associations BOLD Solutions manages and the homes we hope to help others buy and sell properties.

Joe Miller: Project Manager. A Central Illinois native, Joe has lived in Colorado for 14 years and has been in the Vail Valley since 1998. As Chief Engineer for the Apollo Park Lodge in its last 3 years of operation, Joe was able to apply his construction knowledge to solving the array of problems that can arise from an existing residential structure. Joe went on to start his own renovation & remodel business where he developed the organizational and project management skills necessary to become a well rounded and confident contractor. With an expertise in framing, exterior trim and cabinetry and a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction including electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems Joe continues to prove he is an asset capable of leading and completing any undertaking with BOLD Developments.

Tyler Wright: Assistant Project Manager. A graduate from Texas Tech University, Tyler holds a B.S. degree in International Business. He worked in is family-owned machine shop specializing in fabrication and off-shore drilling machines in Texas for 15 years. His experiences have given him the expertise to fix most problems right away. He recently received his Certified Pool and Spa Operators (CPO) license. He is capable of handling all spa restoration from simply maintaining chemicals to redesigning and installing your spa.

Patrick Adair: Administrative Manager. Patrick has been involved with the BOLD team since 2005 and has recently moved to the Development Team to take better advantage of his studies at the University of Florida where he specialized in construction and business administration. Patrick is primarily responsible for ensuring efficient work completion, scheduling and proposal development. His experience ranges from on-site detail work to supervising complex association remodels.

Jay Frazier: Irrigation Specialist. Jay has been doing irrigation work in the Valley for over 4 years. With Tri-State Irrigation, he worked as a construction foreman overseeing the design and install of entire irrigation systems. He later joined the team at Steven’s Home Care under the capacity of Lead Irrigation Specialist. Over the 2 ½ years Jay was with SHC he oversaw the design, install and maintenance of every kind of project from the new Westin in Avon to the individual home cares throughout the Valley. He has a total of over 7 years experience including the landscape and irrigation business he ran in Tennessee, his home state. He has been with Bold Developments for a short time, but has already proven his worth multiple times over.
